Occasionally wipe the jewelry with a soft cotton cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth.

Jewelry should always be the last thing you put on!

A thin layer of precious metal is placed on the surface of the jewelry, which you can preserve for a long time with a little care, but these basic rules also apply to silver jewelry:

Jewelry should not be worn in water or during sports or other physical activity. Avoid direct contact with perfume and other cosmetics. Every Pezi jewelry comes with a card containing these reminder points.

In the spirit of sustainability, I intend the jewelry to be an eternal piece, which you can always bring back to me for a little update! Gilding is free of charge within 1 year, and other repairs and surface treatments beyond 1 year are at minimal cost.

In the case of online purchases, you can return unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 15 days, which you can exchange for another piece of jewelry or request a refund. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer, and we cannot refund the costs.
